Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services is seeking a seasoned sales leader in Rohtak, India to manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Officers. You will drive HL, LAP and MSME LAP targets through self-sourcing, DSA and connector channels while monitoring daily activities and monthly targets.

Ideal candidates will have team-handling experience, strong local market knowledge, and proven ability to grow customer acquisition and revenue while ensuring policy compliance and credit norms are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in HL/LAP/MSME LAP sales.
• Must have team-handling experience.
• Experience in open-market / DSA / connector-driven sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local market and customer acquisition.
• Good communication, leadership and team-management skills.
