• Build and maintain relationships with customers and builders to maximise value and cross-sell
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team and recruit high-performing talent
• Develop strategies to achieve branch sales targets and monitor portfolio performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit adherence; coordinate with risk and operations teams
• Oversee collections for acquired portfolios to maintain asset quality
• Track market trends and customer feedback to refine business strategies
• Execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost customer acquisition

• Monitorbranch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures
• Ensureadherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Collaboratewith Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes, maintain portfolioquality, and control NPAs
• Overseecollections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality
• Trackmarket trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommendstrategies to enhance business outcomes
• Executepromotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives to boost customeracquisition
