Job summary

IIFL Home Finance Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Branch Sales Leader to drive growth and profitability across the branch network.

You will oversee sales operations, direct channel sourcing, and relationship building with customers and builders to maximize business opportunities. You will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, set strategies to achieve targets, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 25+ years in home loan/mortgage sales; BFSI/NBFC experience preferred
• Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales with strong regional network
• Minimum Graduate

Responsibilities

• Manage branch sales operations and drive business development
• Direct sourcing of home loan business via connectors, builders, and channels
• Build and maintain customer and builder relationships to maximize value
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team; recruit high-performing talent
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Collaborate with Operations and Risk to streamline loan processes and control NPAs
• Oversee collections for acquired portfolios
• Track market trends and feedback; propose strategies to boost acquisitions
• Execute promotional campaigns to boost customer acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitorbranch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures
• Ensureadherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements

• Overseecollections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality
• Trackmarket trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommendstrategies to enhance business outcomes
• Executepromotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives to boost customeracquisition

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• 25years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC; exposureto Loans Against Property preferred
• Priorexperience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales; strong localmarket knowledge and established regional network
• Minimum Graduate
