We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals for our Loan Against Property (LAP) business. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, sourcing new customers, managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate LAP business through direct sales, connectors, DSA, and channel partners.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits and references.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, and other referral partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams.
• Follow up on loan applications from login to disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in LAP, mortgage loans, home loans, or secured lending preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
