Prithvee Propmart Pvt. Ltd. in Noida/Greater Noida is seeking a results-driven industrial real estate sales professional responsible for generating business in resale and leasing of factories, warehouses, industrial plots, and buildings.

You will meet corporate clients, investors, manufacturers and business owners to understand their property needs, build inventory, negotiate terms, coordinate documentation, and drive monthly targets while mentoring junior sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Generate business for industrial property resale and leasing.
• Meet corporate clients, investors, manufacturers, and business owners to understand their property requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
• Coordinate documentation and transaction processes until deal closure.
• Update leads, follow-ups, property inventory, and client interactions in the company's CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Support and mentor junior sales executives to improve team performance.

Job description

* Generate business for industrial property resale and leasing.* Handle end-to-end transactions for factories, warehouses, industrial plots, and industrial buildings.* Meet corporate clients, investors, manufacturers, and business owners to understand their property requirements.* Build and maintain relationships with industrial property owners and channel partners.* Conduct property surveys, inspections, and client site visits.* Develop and maintain a strong inventory of industrial properties in Noida and Greater Noida.* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.* Coordinate documentation and transaction processes until deal closure.* Update leads, follow-ups, property inventory, and client interactions in the company's CRM.* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.* Support and mentor junior sales executives to improve team performance.
