Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive micro housing loan growth and oversee a on-roll team across branches.

The role requires strong client acquisition, cross-selling, and relationship management skills, with a focus on post-disbursement servicing and cross-functional collaboration within the bank's housing loan vertical.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience selling housing loans/LAP products.
• Must have team handling experience.
• Capable of managing branches and coordinated sales.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for micro housing loan products according to defined slabs.
• Cross-sell Micro Housing Loans to JSFB customers.
• Leverage JC relationships to promote Housing/Home Improvement loans.
• Handle LAP and related loan products.
• Maintain post-disbursement servicing and customer relationships.
• Promote JSFB offerings across mapped branches.

Role & responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients as per the defined slabs in Micro housing loan vertical.
• Cross sell Micro Housing Loans designed to cater to the needs of existing JSFB customers.
• Leverage the existing JC relationships to promote and source the Housing /Home
• Improvement loans/LAP business
• Manage customer relationship
• Post disbursement servicing
• Promotion and Marketing of JSFB offering across the mapped branch
• Maintain relationship with the mapped branch staff

Manage an on-roll team of RO/RE/RM

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience of selling housing loans/LAP product and must have team handling experience.
• Can manage branches.
