Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to drive housing loan sales across Indore, Ujjain and Raipur. You will lead and coach an on-roll team, acquire new clients, cross-sell Micro Housing Loans, and utilize JC relationships to promote mortgage products.

You will coordinate promotions with mapped branches and sustain strong branch partnerships. The role requires 5–8 years in housing loan sales with team handling, capable of managing 3–5 branches, and delivering on targets in a

• 5–8 years of experience in selling housing loans/LAP products.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Ability to oversee 3–5 branches.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients as per defined slabs in Micro housing loan vertical.
• Cross-sell Micro Housing Loans to JSFB customers.
• Leverage JC relationships to promote Housing/Home improvement loans/LAP.
• Manage customer relationships and post disbursement servicing.
• Promotion and marketing of JSFB offerings across mapped branches.
• Maintain relationship with mapped branch staff.
• Manage an on-roll team of RO/RE/RM.

• Cross sell Micro Housing Loans designed to cater to the needs of existing JSFB customers.
• Leverage the existing JC relationships to promote and source the Housing /Home
• Improvement loans/LAP business
• Manage customer relationship
• Post disbursement servicing
• Promotion and Marketing of JSFB offering across the mapped branch
• Maintain relationship with the mapped branch staff

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience of selling housing loans/LAP product and must have team handling experience.
• Can manage 3 to 5 branches.
