Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank urgently seeks a senior sales leader to drive micro housing loan and LAP growth across multiple branches in India’s Madhya Pradesh region.

You will build and sustain client relationships, lead an on-roll team of RO/RE/RM, and coordinate cross-sell initiatives with branch staff to meet aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience selling housing loans/LAP.
• Experience in team handling and branch coverage (3–5 branches).

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients as per micro housing loan slabs.
• Cross-sell Micro Housing Loans to JSFB customers.
• Leverage JC relationships to promote Housing/Home Improvement loans.
• Manage Improvement loans/LAP business.
• Handle ongoing customer relationships and post-disbursement servicing.
• Promote JSFB offerings across mapped branches.
• Maintain relations with mapped branch staff.
• Manage an on-roll team of RO/RE/RM.

• Acquiring new clients as per the defined slabs in Micro housing loan vertical.


• Cross sell Micro Housing Loans designed to cater to the needs of existing JSFB customers.


• Leverage the existing JC relationships to promote and source the Housing /Home


• Improvement loans/LAP business


• Manage customer relationship


• Post disbursement servicing


• Promotion and Marketing of JSFB offering across the mapped branch


• Maintain relationship with the mapped branch staff

Manage an on-roll team of RO/RE/RM

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience of selling housing loans/LAP product and must have team handling experience.


• Can manage 3 to 5 branches.
