Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank in Raipur is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive micro housing loan solutions across 3–5 branches. You will acquire new clients, cross-sell housing loans to JSFB customers, and promote home improvement loans/LAP while maintaining strong relationships with branch staff.

The role requires 5–8 years in housing loan sales with team handling experience, and you will manage an on-roll RO/RE/RM team, supervise branch performance, and ensure post-disbursement servicing

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in selling housing loans/LAP products.
• Must have team handling experience and manage 3–5 branches across the mapped network.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients as per the defined slabs in Micro housing loan vertical.
• Cross-sell Micro Housing Loans to JSFB customers.
• Leverage JC relationships to promote and source Housing/Home Improvement loans/LAP.
• Manage customer relationships and post-disbursement servicing.
• Promote and market JSFB offerings across mapped branches.
• Maintain relationships with mapped branch staff.
• Manage an on-roll team of RO/RE/RM.

Preferred candidate profile
