Role Description

The Sales Manager – Home Interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client consultations to closing deals for home interior projects. The Sales Manager will meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, present design concepts and proposals, and negotiate pricing and contracts. Daily activities include following up on inquiries, coordinating with designers and project teams, preparing sales reports, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and representing Decormart Studio at meetings, site visits, and client presentations.

• Identifying and qualifying leads from various sources based on the company's target audience and their level of interest in the company's products or services.
• Responsible for managing the company's lead database, ensuring that it is up to date and accurate.
• Track the conversion rates of leads, analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of lead generation.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure that the leads are properly nurtured and converted into sales & also collaborate on developing effective
• lead nurturing strategies to increase conversion rates.
• Responsible for Sales & Sign up and growth of ‘Decormart ’.
• Meet new clients in the office and explain about the products and services and costing.
• Responsible for complete end to end presales solution.
• Advises client on interior design factors, like space planning, layout as well as utilization of furnishings
• equipment, color schemes, and also color coordination and material selection.
• Renders design ideas in form of paste ups, drawings, or illustrations and also presents design to client for approval.
