Qualifications

• 3+ years of interior business development experience.
• Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2C lead generation, client acquisition and sales closure.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings and site visits.
• Knowledge of luxury home interiors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries, schedule meetings and present Decormart Studio interior solutions.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on their needs.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensure smooth handover to the design team.
• Maintain database of leads and conversions and update progress regularly.
• Provide weekly reports on lead status, client interactions and revenue generation.

Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full sales cycle for home interior projects . This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting design and service offerings and preparing proposals and quotations. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with designers and project teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, conducting follow-ups, maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
