You will develop sales strategies, generate leads, negotiate terms, and coordinate with production teams to deliver tailored packaging offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers in packaging, FMCG, food processing, pharma, and manufacturing industries.
• Generate leads and develop relationships with corporate clients, brands, manufacturers, and packaging companies.
• Promote flexo printing solutions, printed labels, flexible packaging, corrugated packaging, and related products, as applicable.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and production teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms.
• Manage existing customer accounts and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales pipelines, customer enquiries, order conversion, and collections.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
