Job summary

SkillLabs in India seeks a channel sales leader to manage car loans through the dealer channel, empanel new car loan dealers, DSAs and DSTs in the market. You will be accountable for sales performance and productivity of the team and conduct training on product, policy and market changes.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training and motivating the channel sales team, achieving sales targets, guiding clients to the team, and maintaining knowledge of bank products to resolve customer queries

Qualifications

• Post Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in channel management for similar product.
