The Muthoot Group is hiring a Sales Manager for the DST Channel in the VIJ Vijayawada cluster. The role focuses on driving new KYC business, recruiting and training sales staff, and achieving targets through effective field activities.

The candidate should have direct sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills in Telugu and English, with willingness to travel across the cluster to meet targets and train teams.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience, preferably direct sales.
• Territory familiarity within the cluster.
• Speak local language (Telugu) and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive new KYC business across the DST channel.
• Recruit and train Sales executives for each branch and provide on-field coaching.
• Allocate, monitor and deliver targets on time with incentives based on performance.
• Travel within the cluster for meetings, training and reviews; TA/DA paid on eligibility.
• Identify KRAs through market analysis and plan activity, location and dates.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve leads quality and volume.

Roles And Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
