Job summary

The Muthoot Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Manager for the DST Channel to drive new KYC business, recruit and train field sales staff, and oversee daily activity to achieve branch targets.

You will travel across the cluster to conduct meetings and reviews, ensure lead quality and conversions, and manage performance with incentives based on results. This role demands hands-on leadership across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience, preferably direct sales.
• Territory familiarity with the cluster.
• Speak local language (Kannada, English).
• People management and team leadership skills.
• Strong communication abilities and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new KYC business.
• Select and train sales executives for each branch; hand-holding to increase sales habits and productivity.
• Allocate, monitor and deliver targets on time with incentives based on performance.
• Travel across the cluster for meetings, training and reviews with TA/DA as eligible.
• Identify key results and schedule activities, locations and dates.
• Conduct staff reviews to improve lead quality and volume.

Roles And Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
