• Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in the current location and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about the company's offerings on a daily basis.
• Address inquiries generated through the Digital Marketing platform, addressing needs and concerns to fulfill buyer expectations.
• Develop relationships with top-selling developers, investors, and end-customers.
• Negotiate, consult clients on market conditions and prices.
• Provide advisory and consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under favorable terms.
• Understand clients' needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Arrange engagement meetings with predetermined leads; provide personalized service to HNI customers.
• Convert prospects into buyers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties matching investment needs.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value.
• Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
