Job summary

Aditya Birla Health Insurance in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Bancassurance sales professional to generate health insurance business from leads shared by Bank Relationship Managers. You will build strong relationships with branch staff and drive consistent lead generation.

You will conduct virtual sales discussions, convert leads into policies, and follow up to maximize conversions. The ideal candidate has Bancassurance or BFSI sales experience, excellent communication, and Punjabi as a mandatory

Qualifications

• Experience in Bancassurance, Banking Sales, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or BFSI Sales.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Good communication, sales, and customer handling skills.
• Language Preference- Punjabi Mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate health insurance business through leads shared by Bank Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Build strong working relationships with branch RMs and bank staff to drive consistent lead generation.
• Engage with prospective customers referred by RMs, understand their protection needs, and recommend suitable health insurance solutions.
• Conduct virtual sales discussions through calls/video interactions and convert leads into policy issuance.
• Ensure regular follow-up on leads received from RM and branch channels to maximize conversion.
