Job summary

Aditya Birla Health Insurance is seeking a sales professional to generate health insurance business through leads shared by Bank Relationship Managers. You will build strong relationships with branch RMs and bank staff to drive ongoing lead generation and convert referrals into policy issuances via virtual discussions.

The role requires experience in Bancassurance or BFSI sales, excellent communication, and a strong ability to handle customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bancassurance, Banking Sales, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or BFSI Sales.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Good communication, sales and customer handling skills.
• Gujarati language is mandatory.
