Job summary

IndiaFirst Life Insurance is seeking a driven Bancassurance professional to drive business with Regional Rural Banks. You will build strong ties with bank staff and officials, and generate life insurance leads through the Banc channel.

The role rewards a fixed salary plus incentives and requires 6 months Bancassurance experience or 1–2 years in life insurance sales, along with solid sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months Bancassurance/Banca Channel experience or 1–2 years Life Insurance sales experience in any channel.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage & develop business through the assigned Regional Rural Bank.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff & officials.
• Generate Life Insurance leads through the Banc channel.
• Support bank staff in lead generation.

Required Candidate profile
