• Aggressively identify, generate, and qualify new business enquiries in industrial automation, assembly lines, and welding solutions.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final order closure, with a strong focus on revenue conversion.
• Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of all enquiries, RFQs, and submitted quotations into confirmed orders.
• Understand customer requirements quickly and position optimized techno-commercial solutions to win orders.
• Work closely with proposal and engineering teams to develop competitive, cost-effective offers aligned with customer needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery conditions to successfully close deals while protecting company margins.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and order booking goals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide forecasting reports to management.
• Build strong client relationships to secure repeat orders, long-term contracts, and reference business.
• Represent the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and exhibitions with a strong focus on business conversion.
