Job summary

Ins-Lab is seeking a capable leader to build and manage a team of Executives and Team Leaders for Two-Wheeler Loan operations in India. The role includes empanelling dealers and channel partners, driving activation across channels, and training the team on loan policies and documentation.

You will ensure market placement, monitor productivity, manage costs, and maintain dealer relationships while targeting loan-related metrics and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of Executives and Team Leaders.
• Empanel 75+ dealers, channel partners, and brokers.
• Achieve 70% activation of empaneled channels.
• Train the team on Two-Wheeler Loan policies and documentation.
• Ensure manpower placement in identified markets.
• Achieve manpower productivity as per company norms.
• Maintain operational costs within approved limits.
• Ensure 100% PDD collection and compliance with company norms.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
• Achieve business targets for Two-Wheeler Loans, IRR, Processing Fee (PF), Insurance, and cross-selling.
• Identify new markets for business expansion.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports to management on a regular basis.
