Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a channel sales leader to drive Two Wheeler sales through the Dealer channel in Madhya Pradesh (Jabalpur area). You will empanel new Two Wheeler Dealers, DSAs, and DSTs, and be accountable for sales performance and productivity of the team.

You will conduct training on product, policy and market changes, manage promotional activities with channels, and coordinate with the credit team to obtain approvals.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate with 2-3 years of channel management experience.
• Prior experience in two-wheeler dealer/channel sales.
• Ability to persuade credit approvals and coordinate with finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Two Wheeler sales through Dealer channel.
• Empanel new Two Wheeler Dealers, DSA and DST in the market.
• Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team.
• Conduct training on product, policy and market changes for all channels and team.
• Manage business promotional activities with channels.

• Maintain knowledge on bank products and services to resolve queries.
• Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts.
