Job summary

Vritti Solutions is seeking a proactive Lead Field Sales Executive to guide and expand our advertising sales team. You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients, and you will shape sales plans for Retail Media advertising.

You will oversee daily activities, lead generation, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals. You will also build strong relationships with agencies and partners, forecast pipelines, and ensure timely collections.

Qualifications

• Lead a Field Sales Executive team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Build revenue through advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Forecast sales and monitor pipeline, meetings, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Field Sales Executive team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate revenue through acquisition of new advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Develop and implement sales plans for Retail Media advertising business.
• Monitor daily sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
• Ensure the team conducts cold calling, field visits, and follow-ups regularly.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, channel partners, and direct corporate clients.
• Review sales pipeline and forecast business on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Conduct joint sales calls with team members for key accounts and high-value clients.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and coordination with the finance team.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate the sales team to improve productivity.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates, sales reporting, and MIS submissions.
