Job summary

IndiaMART InterMESH Limited in Delhi is seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to head a team of 5–6 Sales Executives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships through proactive portfolio management.

You will own regular sales and retention targets, develop strategies for new client acquisition, conduct daily client meetings, ensure timely closures, and monitor CRM usage to improve processes.

Qualifications

• MBA graduate with strong academic background.
• Experience in sales, client servicing, or retention.
• Experience managing a 4-5 member team within the last year.

• Own fortnightly/monthly sales, revenue, and client retention targets.

Requirements

• MBA graduate with strong academic background.
• Minimum 2.5 years’ experience in Sales, Client Servicing, or Retention.
• Prior experience managing a 4-5 member team, preferably within the last 1 year.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and regular client meetings.
