Unique Properties in Pune is seeking a Sales Manager to drive client engagement at Mundhawa and Dhanori, with responsibilities including explaining project details, showing demo flats, and visualizing inventory to help close deals.

• Meet with clients personally or virtually to explain project details and answer queries.
• Explain Demo flat/unit and visualize selected inventory.
• Daily follow up of visited clients in CRM and reporting to Sales Manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify market trends and stay up-to-date on competitors' activities.
• Work with marketing to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and deal execution.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain records; work toward monthly/annual targets.
• Attend industry events to stay up-to-date and network.
