Job summary

• Team Management & Coaching: Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales managers, executives, and relationship managers to maximize funnel conversion rates.
• Performance Monitoring: Setting individual KPI targets and monitoring team performance through CRM data and regular pipeline evaluation reviews.
• Motivation & Culture: Building a high-performance sales culture and managing performance-linked incentive structures.
• Broker & Agent Networks: Establishing and managing a robust network of external channel partners, brokers, and real estate agencies.
• Partner Governance: Setting sales goals for channel partners, organizing joint outreach programs, and tracking partner-led closures.
