• Developand implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
• Monitorbranch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.
• Ensureadherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Collaboratewith Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes, maintain portfolioquality, and control NPAs.
• Overseecollections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality.
• Trackmarket trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommendstrategies to enhance business outcomes.
• Executepromotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives to boost customeracquisition.
