Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. in Lucknow is seeking a sales professional to drive business growth in the assigned geography. The role involves engaging with branch teams, understanding customer needs, and closing deals while upholding product knowledge and guidelines.

You will hire and mentor sales officers, coordinate with teams for sales, activation and service turnaround times, and create cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue.

• Graduate in any discipline from an authorised institution with relevant work experience

• Effectively use productivity tools for lead management and record all meetings/activities/trainings with the branch team
