Job summary

La Homes is seeking an experienced Closing Manager to spearhead the end-to-end sales closure process for real estate projects. You will convert prospects into bookings, drive revenue, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from negotiation through closure.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in real estate sales, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage pricing, payment plans, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
• 36 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a reputed developer or mandate firms.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of real estate pricing, payment plans, booking procedures, and property documentation.
• Ability to manage a sales team, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and sales reporting tools.
