Job summary

NeoGrowth Credit is seeking a proactive Business Loan Acquisitions Executive to expand our merchant base and partner network in the local market. You will build relationships with merchants, DSAs, and regional networks to drive loan disbursements and create new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any discipline)
• 1-4 Years of experience in Bank, Insurance company, or NBFC
• Experience in sales of Business Loans, Loan against Property (LAP), working capital finance
• Good knowledge of the business loans segment and product offering
• Strong market network and relationships with DSA (Direct Selling Agent) partners
• Ability to identify and acquire new customers
• Ability to clearly explain the product and pricing to customers/merchants
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn, work in a team, and achieve targets

Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications: Graduate (any discipline)
