Job summary

Headcounts Hr in Hyderabad is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to drive business loan growth. You will generate leads, acquire new customers, and promote both secured and unsecured loan products through direct market visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in Business Loan, SME, or MSME loan sales preferred.
• Strong field sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition skills.
• Knowledge of secured and unsecured Business Loan products.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in an assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and market visits.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for business loans through field sales and market visits.
• Source Business Loan cases from self-employed individuals, traders, shopkeepers, proprietors, and MSME business owners.
• Promote and source secured and unsecured Business Loans, as per the company's product offerings.
• Achieve monthly business loan login, sourcing, and disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and other approved sourcing partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Explain loan eligibility, features, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
• Collect required customer and business documents and ensure applications are complete for submission.
• Follow up on sourced cases and coordinate with credit and operations teams for progress and disbursement.
