Job summary

MAS Financial Services in Chennai is seeking a proactive Sales Manager - Business Loan (DSA) to drive growth through direct sourcing, market visits, and channel partnerships.

You will manage end-to-end loan sales to MSME and SME customers, build strong relationships with DSAs and financial consultants, coordinate with Credit and Operations, and ensure timely disbursement while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in business loan sales to MSME/ SME sectors.
• Strong networking with DSAs and referral partners.
• Proven end-to-end loan process handling.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct sourcing, market visits, references, DSAs, connectors and channel partners.
• Identify and acquire MSME, SME, self-employed and business-owner customers requiring business finance.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer meeting, application login, documentation, sanction to disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, CAs, financial consultants, connectors and other referral partners.
• Conduct regular field visits and identify potential business clusters across Chennai.
• Understand the customer's business profile, turnover, banking, cash flow and funding requirements.
• Pitch suitable Business Loan / Working Capital / Unsecured Loan products based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Ensure quality sourcing with proper documentation and adherence to company policies and credit guidelines.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular MIS/reporting to the reporting manager.
• Ensure good customer experience and support customers throughout the loan process.
