Job summary

Riskbirbal Insurance Brokers in Uttar Pradesh seeks a target-driven sales professional to drive new business, manage client relationships, and optimize revenue through cross-selling in the insurance domain. Travel to meet clients is expected as part of full-time field sales.

You will collaborate with underwriting and servicing teams, update CRM diligently, and contribute to regular MIS and renewal reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Improve client retention and renewal rates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, Servicing, and Operations for smooth servicing.
• Ensure proper CRM updating and sales process hygiene.
• Track team performance and guide members toward targets.
• Prepare and share MIS, sales, renewal, and revenue reports.
• Handle key client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities.
