• Drive field sales and customer acquisition within the assigned territory.
• Generate business through self-sourcing, referrals, local networking, and market visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, prospects, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial/insurance solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop strong knowledge of the local market, competition, and customer segments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
