Job summary

Ibroad Media in Noida is seeking an energetic sales professional with 1–5 years in the advertising field to drive new business, lead generation, and revenue growth.

You will manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure—and pitch media solutions across Radio, TV, Digital, OOH, and other platforms. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, with MBA preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising industry or marketing agency sales.
• 1-5 years in business development or sales roles within advertising/marketing sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business, lead generation, and revenue growth through proactive sales efforts.
• Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
• Pitch media solutions across Radio, TV, Digital, OOH, and other platforms based on client requirements.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business and revenue opportunities.
