Job summary

Big Fm in India is seeking a sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in Radio, Media, Advertising, Digital Media, or Entertainment Sales to drive revenue growth.

You will build and maintain relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, agencies, and other decision-makers, pitch radio advertising solutions, and manage end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure while ensuring collections and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Radio/Media/Advertising sales.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM; provide updates to management.
• Represent the organisation at client meetings and industry events.

• Revenue Generation & Business Growth - Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Media Heads, Brand Managers, agencies, and other key decision-makers.
• Pitch and sell radio advertising solutions, including spot campaigns, sponsorships, branded content, RJ integrations, on-ground activations, contests, and special properties.
• Understand client marketing objectives and develop customized media solutions to meet their communication and business goals.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and media plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, client spends, and emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups for business closures.
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit and payment policies.
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM and provide regular business updates to management.
• Represent the organisation at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.

Preferred candidate profile
