Job summary

SimpliInsure in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with 2–3 years of insurance sales experience to drive revenue for Motor, Health and Life products. You will build relationships with clients, agents and partners, handle inquiries, and close sales in office or field settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in General Insurance sales.
• Basic computer knowledge with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• In-depth knowledge of Motor, Health and Life Insurance.
• Sales outlook and drive to grow and rise in organization.
• Outgoing personality, presentable with good communication skills.
• Bangalore residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Motor, Health and Life Insurance products.
• Communicate with Clients and sell Motor, Health and Life Insurance.
• Handle calls and questions from prospective clients and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
• Contact clients regularly to discover changes in insurance renewal.
• Maintain and deepen relations with acquired clients.
• Coordinate with internal team to close sales.
• Maintain knowledge level and learn during training.
• Respond to prospective customer queries about insurance.
• In office or field work as per customer requirements.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong focus on Insurance and basic exposure to Motor, Health and Life Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships.

Experienced candidates are also welcome and will be considered for senior roles.
