Job summary

MSC Transformers Pvt Ltd seeks a dynamic Senior Sales Leader to spearhead LT/HT transformer sales across India. You will craft strategies, drive revenue with utilities, EPCs, and large industries, and manage key accounts while mentoring a national sales team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in industrial B2B sales and a strong network in the power sector. MBA or engineering background preferred. Competitive salary with incentives offered.

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales (Relevant).
• Preferred experience in Transformers, Switchgear, Electrical Equipment, or the Power sector.
• Strong network with Utilities, EPC contractors, Consultants, and Industrial customers.

• Lead and manage LT & HT transformer sales across India.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Drive business from Utilities, EPCs, Industries, Real Estate, and Government projects.
• Manage key accounts and large-value opportunities.
• Build and mentor the Sales & Business Development team.
• Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activities.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Commercial teams for order execution.
