Job summary

Entero Healthcare Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a data-savvy Sales Data Analyst to manage and analyze sales force data, create dashboards, and support performance reporting.

The role focuses on improving sales productivity, tracking targets, and ensuring data accuracy across departments including Sales, HR, Finance, and IT. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI is essential, with SQL knowledge being a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel with advanced functions like Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI and basic SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven insights.
• Able to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across functions.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare/FMCG/distribution is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze sales force data, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Track sales targets, achievement, productivity, coverage, and field-force effectiveness.
• Analyze territory, customer, product, and sales performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support sales incentive calculations and performance tracking.
• Maintain sales force master data, including employee, territory, customer, and mapping details.
• Work closely with Sales, Business, HR, Finance, and IT teams for data accuracy and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales productivity.
• Support sales planning, territory allocation, manpower deployment, and performance reviews.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely circulation of MIS reports.

Required Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, data analysis.
• Power BI and basic SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of sales MIS and performance metrics.
