Job summary

Stonex India is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to analyse sales data and evaluate performance across teams and products. You will prepare regular reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate KPIs to stakeholders, while ensuring data accuracy through validation and cleaning.

The role involves coordinating with sales and business development functions, owning end-to-end reporting processes, and performing analytics system validation (UAT/PAT) for enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of work relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree / MBA.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• Excellent Excel skills.

Role & responsibilities

Analysing sales data to evaluate the performance of the sales team, individual sales representatives, and products. as well as preparing regular sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to stakeholders. The job also required ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data by validating and cleaning the data regularly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyses sales Targets, reports, and dashboards using Excel
• Reporting on business goals, automation of existing reporting
• Reporting on Target achievement for compensation purposes

• Augment data quality assurance processes by putting in place required QA activities to manage sanity, correctness, quality of data to ensure trust among end consumers/stakeholders and accurate pay-outs to reps

• Creating the documentation of all key processes and operating procedures
• Ad hoc reporting requests
• Manage & own end customers, stakeholder, deliverables, and timelines
• Ensuring the correct sales person is aligned to orders based on the territory in place, account assignment, pipeline reporting & management, SAP C4C basis
• Coordinate with Sales and Business development functions to ensure smooth reporting and operations.

• Perform UAT/PAT for analytics system enhancements

Preferred candidate profile

4-6 years of work relevant experience

• Bachelors Degree / MBA
• Experience working in sales operations & reporting preferred
• Excellent excel skills, Advance Excel,
• Experience using tools as SAP, Salesforce
• Strong Analytical skills
• Highly organized, and pays attention to details
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, a strong team player
