Job summary

Hetero in Hyderabad is seeking an MIS Specialist to consolidate primary, secondary and tertiary sales data across regions and deliver regular MIS reports. Responsibilities

• Compile and consolidate Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Sales data from different countries.

• Track marketing expenditure and ROI against sales and highlight variances and insights.

Role & responsibilities

• Compile and consolidate Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Sales data from different countries

and prepare regular MIS reports.

• Maintain country-wise inventory, stock ageing and stock movement reports.
• Analyse sales and consumption trends to calculate future stock requirements and proactively

identify potential stock-out situations.

• Maintain a central repository of field work reports/DCRs submitted by Country Managers and

Medical Representatives.

• Track call average, doctor coverage and field productivity of MRs and Country Managers.
• Maintain Marketing Activity records, CRM data and CME activity reports for the region.
• Track marketing expenditure and ROI against sales/business performance and highlight

variances and key insights.

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly dashboards covering sales, inventory, fieldforce

performance and other key business parameters.

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and management reports for business reviews and

meetings.

• Ensure timely collection, validation and accuracy of data received from various stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Country Managers, Finance, Sales and other teams for MIS and reporting

requirements.

• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies and performance trends and highlight them to

management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in MIS, Sales MIS, Business Reporting, Sales Operations or a

similar role.

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should have hands‑on experience in MS Excel, data analysis, MIS reporting and

dashboard preparation.

Required Skills

• Strong MS Excel skills with good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data

analysis.

• Good proficiency in MS PowerPoint and presentation preparation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and handle multiple reports.
• Self-disciplined, organised and proactive approach.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI/dashboard tools will be an added advantage
