Job summary

THE GUARDIANS REAL ESTATE ADVISORY is seeking a data-savvy MIS Analyst in Mumbai to support Sales and Business teams. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and analyze revenue, leads, site visits, and bookings to drive informed decisions.

You will maintain data accuracy across sales, inventory, leads, and projects, and build Excel dashboards and management reports. Collaboration with Sales, CRM, and Finance is essential to ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of Sales and Real Estate processes.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for Sales and Business teams.

• Prepare management presentations and business review reports.
• Support the management team with data analysis and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure timely updating and maintenance of MIS databases and reporting formats.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
