Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Odisha is seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to drive sales of industrial products across Bhubaneswar, Angul and Jharsuguda.

The role targets new business generation, account development and meeting monthly sales goals. You will promote motors, pumps, compressors and valves, visit sites, build relationships with Purchase Managers and Project Engineers, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and ensure timely collections while traveling across

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in industrial/technical sales.
• Diploma in Engineering preferred.
• Experience selling industrial products such as motors, pumps, compressors or valves will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Odisha.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales across industrial segments.
• Promote and sell industrial products such as Electric Motors, Industrial Pumps, Air Compressors, Industrial Valves and Valve Positioners.
• Visit industries, factories, manufacturing plants and project sites to generate business.
• Build relationships with Purchase Managers, Maintenance Heads, Plant Heads and Project Engineers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up to close orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new project opportunities.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain customer relationships and submit regular sales and visit reports.
