Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Pitampura, Delhi is hiring a Sales Executive to call prospective clients, assess needs, and secure clinic appointments. You will also assist with basic front desk duties and patient flow management.

The role demands 3–5 years in sales or telecalling, proficiency in Hindi and English, and a willingness to work on weekends with targets. Training will be provided and there is room for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, telecalling or inside sales.
• Comfortable making 120+ calls a day.
• Clear speaking in Hindi and English.
• Graduate.
• Comfortable with targets and working on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Call new leads quickly. Make at least 120 calls a day.
• Understand the client's hair or skin concern and book a clinic appointment.
• Follow up with clients who did not answer or did not visit.
• Send appointment reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Handle basic front desk work: welcome walk-in clients, answer calls, and book or reschedule appointments.
• Help with billing and keep the reception area neat when needed.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets, especially monthly appointment and walk-in targets.

Location: 21, GD Block, Dakshini Pitampura, Pitampura, Delhi, 110034

Salary: 3.25 Lakh to 5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM
