Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Gurugram invites a Front Desk Executive to welcome clients, manage appointments, handle billing, and keep the front desk running smoothly. The role requires 3–5 years of front desk or customer service experience, fluency in English and Hindi, and a Graduate degree.

The position offers an annual CTC of ₹3.5 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year, with a significant variable pay component and growth opportunities within the branch.

• Manage clinic inventory with the Branch Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, doctors and technicians so clients do not wait.
• Call clients for appointment reminders and feedback.
• Keep the reception area neat and welcoming.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets.

Location: A1-233, Sushant Lok Road, Golf Course Rd, opposite Pillar No. 238, Sector 55, Gurugram, Haryana 122011

Salary: ₹3.5 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM
