Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, is seeking a Front Desk Executive to greet clients, manage appointments, and keep the reception running smoothly.

You will handle billing, coordinate with doctors and staff, and ensure a welcoming, organized clinic environment. 3–5 years’ experience, any graduate, and fluency in English and Hindi are preferred; weekend work is required. The role offers growth opportunities and on‑the‑job training.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of front desk or customer service experience.
• Any graduate (Bachelor's degree acceptable).
• Fluent in English, Hindi and local language (Telugu is common in Hyderabad).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting).

Mansioni

• Welcome walk-in clients and answer calls politely.
• Book, confirm and reschedule appointments; maintain calendar.
• Handle billing and the daily closing report; process payments.
• Coordinate with consultants, doctors and technicians to minimize wait times.
• Maintain a neat, welcoming reception area and stock levels.
• Call clients for reminders and feedback; manage follow-ups.
• Assist in achieving clinic targets and data entry tasks.

Location: 2nd Floor, Road No. 36, Above Tailorman Showroom, Next to Chutneys Restaurant, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500033

Salary: 3.5 Lakh to 5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be the first person every client meets at our clinic. You will welcome clients, manage appointments and keep the front desk running smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome walk-in clients and answer phone calls politely.
• Book, confirm and reschedule appointments.
• Handle billing, cash and the daily closing report.
• Manage clinic inventory with the Branch Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, doctors and technicians so clients do not wait.
• Call clients for appointment reminders and feedback.
• Keep the reception area neat and welcoming.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a front desk executive, receptionist or customer service executive.
• Clear speaking in English, Hindi and the local regional language.
• Basic computer skills.
• Graduate.
• Comfortable working on weekends.

Good to have

• Experience in a clinic, salon, hospital or wellness centre.
• Experience with appointment or billing software.
