Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad is hiring a Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for clients. You will manage appointments, handle billing, and ensure smooth front desk operations in a busy clinical environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in front desk/reception and fluency in English, Hindi and local language, along with basic computer skills. 6-day work week and clear growth path within the clinic are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in front desk, receptionist or customer service roles.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and the local language.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinic software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in clients and answer calls politely.
• Book, confirm and reschedule appointments.
• Handle billing, cash and daily closing reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, doctors and technicians to minimize client wait times.
• Call clients for reminders and collect feedback.
• Keep the reception area neat and welcoming.
• Support the clinic in achieving targets.

Location: 2nd Floor, Road No. 36, Above Tailorman Showroom, Next to Chutneys Restaurant, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500033

Salary: ₹3.5 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Help the clinic achieve its targets.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a front desk executive, receptionist or customer service executive.


• Clear speaking in English, Hindi and the local regional language.


• Basic computer skills.

Good to have

• Experience in a clinic, salon, hospital or wellness centre.


• Experience with appointment or billing software.
