Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics invites an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-performing clinic in Bengaluru. You will supervise consultants, doctors, technicians, and front desk staff, ensuring exceptional client service and daily revenue growth.

You’ll drive team performance, manage targets, and oversee safety, cleanliness, and timely delivery of services across hair and skin treatments. Weekend work is required as per roster.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years total experience including team handling.
• Sales and client-handling experience in a hair/skin/esthetic clinic.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets.
• Graduate or MBA.
• Comfortable working on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full clinic team: consultants, doctors, technicians and front desk.
• Hold a short daily team meeting to set goals.
• Help the clinic achieve targets including monthly revenue and new-client targets.
• Provide consultations for hair and skin services and close treatment packages.
• Ensure services are safe, clean and on time per SOPs.
• Resolve client complaints quickly and politely.
• Track daily sales, appointments and follow-up calls; share reports with Cluster Manager.
• Train and guide the team; manage attendance, stock and clinic upkeep.

Branch Manager

Location: Number 9, 8, Kundalahalli Main Road, Kundalahalli, Bangalore 560037

Salary: 7 Lakh to 9 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Science or Aesthetics background preferred)

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will run one Berkowits clinic like your own business. You will lead the clinic team, make sure every client gets great service, and grow the clinic's revenue.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Help the clinic achieve its targets, including monthly revenue and new-client targets.
• Give consultations for hair and skin services and close treatment packages.
• Make sure every service is safe, clean and on time, as per Berkowits SOPs.

• Track daily sales, appointments and follow-up calls, and share reports with the Cluster Manager.
• Train and guide your team, and manage attendance, stock and clinic upkeep.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• 8 to 10 years of total experience, including team handling.

• A good record of meeting monthly sales targets.
• Graduate or MBA.
• Comfortable working on weekends.

Good to have

• Knowledge of treatments like laser hair reduction, PRP, hair transplant and hair replacement.
• Experience with clinic software or CRM tools.
• Can speak the local regional language along with Hindi and English.
