Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Gurgaon is seeking a Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for clients. You will greet visitors, manage appointments, and ensure smooth front-desk operations in a busy clinic setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of front desk or customer service experience, fluency in English and Hindi, and basic computer skills. Timings are 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week, with one weekday off as per roster.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in clients and answer phone calls politely.
• Book, confirm and reschedule appointments.
• Handle billing, cash and daily closing report.
• Manage clinic inventory with the Branch Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, doctors and technicians so clients do not wait.
• Call clients for appointment reminders and feedback.
• Keep the reception area neat and welcoming.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets.

Salary: ₹3.5 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have
