Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad welcome you as a Front Desk Executive. You will greet clients, manage appointments and ensure the front desk runs smoothly, starting from 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM.

The role requires 3–5 years of front desk or customer service experience, a graduate degree, and proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in front desk, receptionist or customer service roles.
• Clear speaking in English, Hindi and the local language.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in clients and answer phone calls politely.
• Book, confirm and reschedule appointments.
• Handle billing, cash and daily closing report.
• Manage clinic inventory with the Branch Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, doctors and technicians to minimize wait times.
• Call clients for appointment reminders and feedback.
• Keep the reception area neat and welcoming.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets.

Salary:

₹3.5 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year (CTC)
